1. Eligibility

2. Products

We try to display our products as accurately as possible. Product images may be digital mockups, and actual colours and print placement can vary slightly depending on your screen and the production batch. Please check the fit (oversized or regular) and size before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
• Payments are accepted online (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) through our secure payment gateway partner. Cash on Delivery is currently not available.
• We do not store your card or banking details.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount.

4. Orders

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product is out of stock, there is a pricing error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery timelines and charges are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, size exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Personalised products

Products printed with a custom name or text are made to order. Please check spellings carefully; personalised products cannot be cancelled once production has started and are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

7. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

8. Intellectual property

The Cypher name, logo, original designs, text and images on this Website belong to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Names of films, artists, teams, vehicles, brands and characters mentioned on the Website are used only to describe the theme of a design, and all third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website — including attempting fraud, interfering with its security, or copying or scraping its content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
